The process
Our process of registering a patient is very straightforward. We register the patient’s name in our database and the system tells us the service due date. Then we coordinate with the care home and arrange a date when we can come for an eye check-up. We check six to eight patients at once. If glasses are needed, they are generally delivered a week later.
